Theatre and Drama is not at all far from education. What is creativity if not exploration and curiosity? What is education if not to practice attention and awareness?
Learning without creativity easily becomes repetition. To work practically on the floor however can lead to new discoveries! And that is something that benefits all.
That's why we offer workshops, education and courses for adults, in or outside work. Recurring or one time only.

Drama as a tool
Drama is one of the best tools one can use through your whole life according to us. It helps to train us in presence, both physical as in knowing your body but also emotionally. Theater and also film have the task to trigger emotions, we see Charlie Chaplin fall and we laugh or we see Juliet's sorrow over Romeo and we feel that as well. Even though we know it's just make believe. We can use drama exercises in the same way.
Improvisation can trigger some incredible performance anxiety. To work with Drama as a tool it can give us more insight over ourselves which in turn can help us in basically every situation.
That's why Drama as a tool works in many situations as conflict manegement, creative development, scenario analysis or teamwork.
Clown and presence
Explore the Clown's spontaneity by
working with the 'now', through naivety,
honesty and impulses. In this form we
work with the 5 rules of the Clown that
works as a safety net for the actor and also the art to find play and before all, the relation to the audience!
Here lies an opportunity to combine with mindfulness training and also we can hold shorter workshops, a couple of hours, for those who want to try for the first time. Or we can hold a longer course for example a weekend for those who want to immerse themselves in the Clown work.
Just for fun!
Theater is also just fun! Just to find the opportunity to play is a skill that is easy to loose as we grow up and many long for all their life. Everything from creating and performing a totally absurd character or improvising and not knowing the next word to jump from your mouth can be such a relief!
We have held many workshops in theater just for fun in event from bachelorettes to kick-offs and it is always a joy!
Pedagogical Drama och Theater (PDT)
This is our amazing tailord one year course that we offer
in collaboration with Valla Folkhögskola. Or is it they who
offer it in collaboration with us?
Anyhow, it's the best thing we've done!
The course starts off in January and continues during the year in the form of four intensive weekends where we work on the floor but also some digital meetings once a month where we focus on tying togehter theory and practical work. We also hold seminars and discussions to help each other develop new perspectives and creative approaches.
